We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jobst Opaque Compression Stockings. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn, and unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn stockings in their original manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
